Black Lady from Sailor Moon.
It's been a long time since I've done fan art (in fact I hardly ever draw anything other than commissions lately OTL) but I had the sudden urge to draw SM, and you can never have enough SM fan art. Black Lady is one of my favorite character design in the whole series (and human Luna) she's so pretty QuQ I hope I did her justice OTL

I'm still having internet problems so comments and replies will be slow(er than usual).
